Zu Jahresbeginn 1902 wurde die Gesellschaft in eine russische AG umgewandelt und an der Börse in Russland und Deutschland gehandelt. Da die meisten russische Papiere am Markt Anleihen und Obligationen sind, stellen die Aktien schon generell eine Besonderheit dar. Hochformatig und ausdrucksvoll, unentwertet, oft mit deutschem (orange) Steuerstempel. Zweisprachig, russisch und deutsch, gedruckt.
The company was a subsidiary of the large and well-known German AEG to develop the Russian market. Founded in January 1898 with a share capital of 1 million rubles as the “General Electricity Company” in St. Petersburg. At the beginning of 1902, the company was converted into a Russian AG and traded on the stock exchanges in Russia and Germany. Since most of the Russian papers on the market are bonds, the shares generally represent a special feature. Portrait format uncancelled, with a German tax stamp. Bilingual: Russian and German.
