This kokeshi is the work of Takamizawa Kazuwo 高見沢かずを, a kokeshi artisan who has received the Prime Minister's Award.

Good condition.
While overall in good condition considering its age, it may show slight signs of wear and minor dirt. Please refer to the photos for a closer look.
