2015 Altemasi Trento Doc Pas Dose - Trentino Alto Adige - 3 Bottiglie (0,75 L)
Obtained from the special cuvée of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes grown in mountain vineyards, it owes its name to the lack of dosage in the final phase of its maturation. During disgorgement, the "topping up" is done with the same cuvee without any addition of sugar, the final result is a sugar content close to zero. The slopes of the Dolomite fans, the Valle dei Laghi and the Cembra Valley at altitudes between 450 and 600 meters above sea level. Classic method sparkling wine with subtle and continuous perlage. Bright straw yellow color with marked greenish nuances. Intense aroma, of great finesse, which combines citrus fruits and white pulp peach with a delicate minerality. On the palate it reveals an important structure that rests on a balanced acidity and ends, very long and elegant, with notes of untoasted almond and vanilla.
