Michel’s wife Brigitte Fallon is also a winemaker and produces another micro-production cuvee sourced from grapes in a plot of merely 900 m2 adjacent to Fallon's home in the Grand Cru commune of Avize - Brigitte Fallon Avyisa Grand Cru. There were only around 2,300 bottles made each year. The farming is under biodynamic practice, and it’s made by 100% Chardonnay, includes approximately 40% of solera reserve, and aged four years on the lees which is practiced very similar to Selosse’s flagship Substance Blanc de Blancs!
