This Technics SL-2000 direct-drive turntable is fully serviced and in fantastic shape. It comes with a brand new needle and the original user manual and sounds fantastic. The motor and pitch controls have been serviced in April 2024 and all contacts cleaned. The turntable runs stable, perfectly on speed and is fully functional. It comes with a National Panasonic 270 C-II cartridge with a brand new Tonar Diamond 757 needle. The dustcover is in smooth, clear condition with light handling signs and both original hinges let the lid stand firmly. The tonearm drops very gently when released. The black base is in great and clean condition. Included is the original user manual, the original anti-static mat, original counter-weigth, and the original 7” adapter. The SL-2000 turntable is equipped with Technic's famous brushless DC motor, which operates free from power line fluctuations and trouble causing heat and hum. The absence of moving parts in the motor means better reliability and longer service life. The turntable will be very carefully packaged in a strong box, multiple layers of bubble foam, airbags and other protective materials and with all loose parts secured.
