2020 Louis Jadot "Les Demoiselles" - Chevalier-Montrachet Grand Cru - 1 Bottiglia (0,75 litri)
Chevalier-Montrachet Les Demoiselles is located in the southern part of the Côte de Beaune, at the top of the slope where the villages of Puligny-Montrachet and Chassagne-Montrachet meet, just above Montrachet. The vineyard is only 1.28 acres and about 2200 bottles are produced annually. The vineyard was already in Louis Jadot's possession in 1845 but was sold. Louis Jean Baptiste Jadot bought it back in 1913 from two sisters and decided to name it "Les Demoiselles".
Notes: Rich and intense aroma with hints of apple blossom, apricot and flint. The taste is concentrated and elegant with fine acidity and a long finish.
