Fully hallmarked on body and cover Birmingham Assay Office guarantee for 925 silver together with 1827 "D" date letter and Joseph Taylor silversmith's mark "IT"

In fine 197 years old original condition, perfectly closing, a small part of the engraved plate on cover is missing - great patina, minor scratches and dings, some dark spots - no repairs, no cracks, as you can see in pictures that are part of the description
