Indus Valley Steatite Stamp-Seal Circa 2500-2000 BC This fascinating stamp-seal features an engraved depiction of a standing unicorn, facing left, with its head positioned above what appears to be an altar. The animal is portrayed with a muscular body and simplified features. On the reverse side, a perforated handle is present. An inscription of three symbols runs along the upper edge of the seal. Cf.
