This functional artwork is a powerful tool to lift up your soul and beautify your space. This large mirror is part of a limited edition series.
The mirror's design embodies the journey of self-discovery, emphasising inner growth over an excessive focus on outward appearance. Modern social pressure on improving how we look has shifted away the importance of a deeper, authentic exploration of our true self. The two different shapes, textures and perspectives of the mirror reflects this tension between surface-level appearance and genuine self exploration. In this piece this concept is enhanced with the 2 different shades of grey.
The grey tinted mirror is hand cut with polished edges. It is assembled over a silver mirror acrylic frame.
The design of the mirror, including French cleat hanging system, makes the mirror parallel to the wall. Each Pon Design mirror is signed at the back.
