Beautiful hand-painted vase by a New Orleans artist Jacques F. DeClercq made in Cubist/Mid-Century Style in 1960s-1970s
Jacques F. DeClercq died Aug. 23, at the age of 85 in 2010. He was a well-known French Quarter artist who specialized in European tile painting. His art work was displayed in galleries on Royal Street.
Rare piece for the artist, because most of his work is was creating hand-painted tiles and plaques.
Small chip on top of the rim.
Hights 17,5 cm x width 8 cm
