A nice and rare antique Chinese porcelain Wanli charger, with a central decoration of two ducks balancing on rocks and one in flight, surrounded by lotus in a river landscape. Panels with FANS, buddhist treasures, swastikas, Peaches, dots and lines, executed in an excellent underglaze blue and white. Handcrafted in ancient Imperial China during the Ming dynasty, Wanli period (ca. 1580). On the backside a decoration of circles and lines, with a perfect Wanli foot rim. Guaranteed original and of the stated period.
Diameter: 21,5 centimeter
Condition: The object is in overall good condition, normal rim fritting and a glaze flake. The condition is carefully checked with strong UV-light and bright translucent white light.
