Dear Mrs, The carpet has been vacuumed several times, but has not been professionally cleaned as stated in the lot description. It's a second hand carpet and is not at all as dirty as you say. It was never described that there would be a label on the back of the carpet, so your statement is incorrect. You call me arrogant, while I spoke to you politely with salutations. Your claims are unjustified and I will make this known to Catawiki.

Quikly delivered, very nice little Keshan carpet to a nice price. (Correct fotos, the carpet has some dirt, no problem, it will disappear with a professionelly cleaning)

Het kleed kwam aan bij mij en was heel vochtig en volop in de kreukels wat ik er nooit meer uit kon krijgen, daarbij natuurlijk ook door het vocht stonk het kleed heel erg, Weg ermee bij het vuilnis.

Beste, In verband met de extreme afmeting en het gewicht van het tapijt, waren deze verzendkosten van toepassing. Dit tapijt weegt meer dan 40 kilo en vandaar de prijs voor de verzendkosten.
