(1920), new and enlarged ed., 169,(2)p. - condition: good, original decorated boards, wear and chaffing to spine cover and ends, 8 tipped-in col. plates by Dulac, special elements laid in on cover, first few leaves loose, complete with all illustrations.
One of the most striking cover designs of the Golden Age period, the deep red cloth embossed with Art Nouveau designs in gilt, blue, green and pink with an elfin figure below trailing flowering vines. Stories include: "The Sea-Fairy and the Land-Fairy, and How They Quarrelled"; "The Adventurous Life of an Acorn Fairy"; "Princess Orchid's Party" and similar tales.
