Originally designed and manufactured in Germany as a medical lamp for light therapy, this striking sunlamp retains all its original features. While the original 150w Radium bulb has been replaced with a normal domestic LED bulb, it can still be used as a spotlight. Crafted with a painted aluminum body and a Bakelite base, this lamp's direction can be adjusted up and down, offering versatility in lighting. Its timeless design makes it ideal as a desktop lamp or a gorgeous atmospheric light in any room. A perfect example of the retro movement of the 1950s, with its streamlined design, this lamp adds a touch of vintage charm to any space. In good and original vintage condition, with light wear consistent with age and use, it comes in full working order with its original cardboard box.
