Pale celadon nephrite jade round pendant - China – end of 20th Century On offer is a nice “open work” carved grey-light green pale celadon nephrite jade pendant with a depiction of a crane, symbol for longevity. This jade pendant is made in the Chinese taste and has a grey to light green color. This fine jade pendant passes the scratch test for good hardness, no scratch with sencys hardmetal scratch pen possible! Also checked with UV light; which indicates a natural color. Also tested for thermal conductivity, which indicates Nephrite jade. A fine piece, very suitable as an addition to your collection or to present as a gift.
