We ship these prints rolled all the time and always in sturdy tubes. The prints are of such high quality that deformation should not be possible. However, you are more than welcome to send us photos at info@disneyanaplus.com so that we can assess the case and see if there isn’t something we can do for you. As for shipping, we only charge actual costs (and no handling fee), so if you are displeased about this part, there is sadly nothing we can do about that.

1. No CoA has ever been made for this print! 2. Nor did the description promise a CoA BUT if you wanted a CoA you could have asked for one.
