The device allows you to transmit encoded telegraph information with its recording on paper tape and subsequent decryption. The transmitter key is a manual breaker of the electrical circuit connecting the battery, transmitter and receiver. The receiver is equipped with a tape drive mechanism to advance the tape through the writing device. Under the influence of current pulses from the transmitter, the receiver's electromagnet is activated, which activates the mechanism that presses the ink wheel to the moving belt. In this case, dashes and dots are imprinted on the tape in accordance with Morse code. Transmission speed - 400 characters/min.
