A beautiful and very rare garden / lounge set, in the style of Franco Albini, Victor Courtray, Michael van Beuren, Rene Gabriel, Giuseppe Pagano or Clara Porset. It is very difficult to track down the designer, as it was just after WOII when this lounge set was introduced and catalogues were rare in this period of time in Italy. Lounge / garden sets in this condition are extremely rare. The set comes from a Country house near Florence, Tuscany. It will perfectly fit at the pool side in a Hollywood 1940s home, any beautiful atrium, a garden house surrounded with palm trees in pots around, or just in a beautiful garden!
2 lounge chairs, a sofa, 2 foot stools and a small table do make this set complete and very unique.
The set is made of oak and rope and recently upholstered. All the pieces do have a (import??) stamp from 1948 of Florence.

2 chairs: W70 cm, H87 cm, D77cm
2 ottomans: W48 cm, H39 cm, D37 cm
Round table: Diameter 67cm, H56 cm
