Nice Japanese Kitchen Knife set of 4. They are manufactured by MASAMOTO (正本). Ordered by Kinsaryu (近茶流), very traditional Japanese Cuisine School. Masamoto is one of the greatest Japanese Kitchen Knife makers, many Japanese professional Chefs are using Masamoto Knife. Kinsaryu is very old Japanese Cuisine School since Bunsei, Edo era, early 19th (around 1804 - 1830). The knives are hand-forged with Japanese high quality steel. The bolsters are made of water buffalo horn. 4 knives are Yanagiba (For Sashimi), Usuba, Deba, Ajikiri Yanagiba is for Sashimi, very beautiful like Japanese Sword. Usuba is mainly for Vegetables. Deba is for Fish and Ajikiri is for Small Fish. These 4 knives are fundamental tools for Japanese Cooking. They are very nice to display, to use. They are in Mint condition, never used or barely used, please see the pictures, they are in great condition. I will list the items for only 1 time. I set a reserve price, because few people know the value of the items.
