Genesis ‎– Invisible Touch - is the title track and first single from the 1986 album of the same name by English rock band Genesis. The song is a group composition with lyrics by drummer and singer Phil Collins. It was her first and only No. 1 single in the United States; The song also spent three consecutive weeks at the top of the Billboard Hot 100 Airplay chart during the summer of 1986, before being surpassed by Peter Cetera's "Glory of Love". The song was the first of five consecutive US Top 5 singles from the album of the same name. It also reached #4 in Canada and #15 in the UK. His B-side is the second part of "Domino" entitled "The Last Domino". Collins called it his "favorite Genesis song" and bassist/guitarist Mike Rutherford called it "a wonderful song: upbeat, fun to play, always a strong moment in every performance". As the band's only number one Billboard Hot 100, the song is included in the Rock Song Index: The 7500 Most Important Songs for the Rock and Roll Era. In 2017, ShortList's Dave Fawbert listed the song as "one of the greatest key shifts in music history".
