The sacred relics is carefully preserved beneath glass and place on top of a velvet background.

At the back of the reliquary, we find an episcopalian wax seal holding the threads together and guaranteeing the authenticity of the holy relic. The seal matches its original certificate of authenticity from the church (COA). From His Eminence Cardinal Costantino Patrizi Naro, Dean of the College of Cardinals. †
