中国彩陶の官吏または侍従の像で、胸の前で両手を前に構える形で立ち、長い儀式用の板を持つ。像は高い官服帽と長袍を身にまとい、表面には赤・黒・白の顔料の名残が残っている。
正式な姿勢、長い冠、長袍、および板を持つジェスチャーは、隋～唐時代の陶製官僚像を想起させ、冥界における儀式・奉仕・位階・社会的地位を表すために葬送用ミンギーとして作られることが多い。
