Late 19th century coromandel writing slope with brass corners and a brass front plaque engraved with “R.Watson,” measuring 31 x 23 x 13 cm, with a blue velvet interior writing slope, pencil and nib tray, glass pen holder, glass inkwell, ink bottle, dip pens and nibs, in fair, heavily used condition with possible missing parts including one inner lid and an original escutcheon.
