About the Artist

Riko Maeshiro (b. 1992, Kanagawa, Japan) is a contemporary Japanese artist specializing in printmaking. She graduated from Tohoku University of Art and Design and has received international recognition for her technical excellence, including the 1st International Print Award FEI. Her works have been exhibited in numerous juried print exhibitions in Japan and abroad and are appreciated for their sophisticated craftsmanship, subtle textures, and poetic visual language.
