Soft feathers wrap around the young girl like a living shadow — protective, silent, almost tender. She looks downward, as if she is not yet ready, while the bird watches with wide open eyes. Together they seem suspended between dream and instinct, between softness and something untamed. Only closeness between two beings learning how to exist side by side within this wild world.

Acrylic on canvas. Delivered with a hand-signed certificate of authenticity. Part of creative collaboration with Roger Haus. The artwork is carefully rolled and shipped in a protective tube (without a frame) to ensure it arrives safely. The artwork may appear differently in photos, depending on the camera settings. The colors are very bright and beautiful.
