アンティークのジャワ産クリス（ケリス）– パモル刃文が際立つ、インドネシア産、約19世紀
非常に美しいジャワ式クリス（ケリス）をインドネシアから入手しました。伝統的な手打ちによるパモル刃文を備えています。刃文は、長年にわたるジャワの鍛造技法に従って、さまざまな鋼を折りたたみ作られた、際立ち装飾的な層状模様を示しています。
クリスには、装飾的な金属製セリュットを伴う優雅に彫られた木製の握りと、豊かな形状の木製ワランガ（鞘）を備えています。彫刻された金属のペンドクは、鞘の温かな木質と美しく対照を成しています。
