古代エジプトの葬祭小品の様式を持つ装飾用ファイエンス像。
ミイラのように作られた像は、正面に三段のかつらを着けた精巧な人間の顔を示している。
胸部は大きく描かれた翼のあるスカラベが支配しており、それは再生・復活と太陽の運行を象徴する古代エジプトの最も有名なシンボルの一つです。下部にはホルスの目（ウジャットの目）をはじめとする、エジプト風の記号や護符のモチーフが配置されている。
裏面は簡素で、縦に並ぶ装飾的な符号が一列に見える。
表面は魅力的な青緑色のガラス釉を施し、色調にさまざまな違いがある。小さな焼成・ガラス釉の不規則さが、作品に本物らしい手作業の特徴を与えている。
この像は遅期の古代エジプトのファイエンス製品（ウシェブティや小型の副葬品）に stylisticに影響を受けているが、現時点の評価では20世紀の新時代の復刻品と見なされ、古代のオリジナルとして解されるべきものではない。
