The Lewis Chessmen are among the most famous medieval chess pieces in the world, believed to have been made in Norway around AD 1150–1200 and discovered on the Isle of Lewis in Scotland.

These highly detailed miniatures faithfully reproduce some of the most iconic pieces from the original collection preserved by the British Museum.

Condition:

• 5-piece set: Box opened for inspection only. Figures remain unused and in excellent condition.
• 2-piece set: Factory sealed and unopened.
• Stored in a dark, smoke-free environment.
• No box fading observed.
• Minor age-related wear and slight discoloration of the tape may be present.
• Outer packaging may show light storage marks.

A rare and increasingly difficult-to-find Kaiyodo museum collectible, ideal for collectors of historical artifacts, museum memorabilia, chess history, and Japanese capsule figure culture.
