ELENA PARASKEVAは、4つの異なる国際的写真学会によって「PHOTOGRAPHER OF THE YEAR」（2024/2023/2021/2018）に選ばれました。
彼女はHASSELBLAD MASTERS、WORLD MASTERS OF PHOTOGRAPHY、LENSCULTURE、AESTHETICA、PRIX DE LA PHOTOGRAPHIE PARISなどの卒業生です。
NYC、パリ、東京、ロンドン、ドバイ、ウィーン、バルセロナ、ミュンヘン、サンパウロ（ブラジル）、フィレンツェ、フランクフルト、マラガ（スペイン）、リンツ（オーストリア）、グラーツ（オーストリア）、シエナ（イタリア）、クアラルンプール等の名高いギャラリーやビエンナーレで展示しています。

彼女は欧州議会で展示を行い、TIMES SQUAREのビルボードとして作品が展示されたこともあります。公共機関の中で特に特別なのは、米国ボストン子ども病院のエントランスの小児がんウィングに500cm規模の作品が設置されていることです。
