カスタムスタンド付きの素晴らしく大きな化石化木の一枚です。
化石化木は、木が倒れて土や砂の層に覆われることによって生じた鉱物化した木の断片です。自然災害が原因であることが多いです。化石化木に見られる色は、土や砂の鉱物成分によって決まり、各鉱物がそれぞれ固有の色を生み出します。 「化石化」という過程は、節、樹皮、年輪など木の特徴をすべて保存することを保証します。遠い過去における腐朽の過程が、しばしば多色の美しい結晶形成を生み出します。

What began as annual trips to Indonesia, a family history descendant of Dutch Indies, and a passion for handmade objects has grown into the rich collection of design objects we offer today with pride.
We specialise in sourcing authentic, artisanal pieces directly from small family-owned ateliers throughout Java, Bali, Sumatra and beyond. Our collection ranges from hand-carved décor and bronze sculptures to natural-material homeware. Each item is carefully selected for its craftsmanship, character, and story.
We have over 10 years of experience working closely with Indonesian artisans. Because of this, our expertise lies in identifying high-quality workmanship, natural materials, and unique pieces that stand out. Every lot we list on Catawiki is personally inspected by us and supports the local communities and traditional techniques we deeply believe in.
