1978 Marqués de Riscal - Rioja Reserva - 3 Bottles (0.75L)

2003年にMarqués de Riscalのセラーから直接購入し、それ以来プライベートセラーで保管したワインです。
ボトルは素晴らしい状態で、充填度は良好、コルクは健全、色は明るく、キャップは無傷、ラベルは清潔、漏れもありません。完全に熟成しており、今は美しく飲めますが、さらに25–30年の熟成も可能です。

1978年の驚異的なリオハ・ヴィンテージから producedされ、Marqués de Riscalのオエノロジストによって「Excellent」と評価されています。このワインは、リオハ・アルバエサのエルシエゴ周辺の非常に古いブドウ樹から選抜されたぶどうで作られました。

発酵と熟成は、1858年の創業期に遡る大型木製タンクで行われました。その後、古樽で5〜6年間熟成され、19世紀のリオハ式丸樽-樽間移動法を用いて定期的に濾過せずに品評されました。樽から瓶詰めは手作業で、ボトル1本ずつ、ろ過なしで瓶詰めされました。ワインは2003年まで、ワイナリーの歴史的な旧セラー「El Cementerio」（「墓地」）に保管されていました。
