ELENA PARASKEVA は Hasselblad Masters、World Masters of Photography、LensCulture、Aesthetica、Prix de la Photographie Paris などの卒業生で、4つの国際写真協会によって Photographer of the Year（2024/2023/2021/2018）に選出されています。
2021年から毎年、FLORIDA MUSEUM OF PHOTOGRAPHIC ARTS の審査員を務め、世界各地の写真コンペティションの審査員を務めています。かつて Adobe の講師・アンバサダーでした。
彼女の作品は、スウェーデン公共美術局（ Västra Götaland Government）やボストン病院 USA（ Children’s Cancer Wing の入口に大規模な500cmの展示）、オーストラリア国立大学、Thalassa Museum など、機関買い手に所蔵されています。
欧州議会（ブリュッセル）での展示をはじめ、ニューヨーク・パリ・東京・ロンドン・ドバイ・ウィーン・バルセロナ・ミュンヘン・クアラルンプール・フィレンツェ・フランクフルト・マラガ・リンツ・グラーツ・シエナなどの大規模ビエンnale・ギャラリーに展示。

ELENA PARASKEVA は、ファインアート写真、コンセプト・イメージ、現代的な視覚物語の分野で広範な国際的評価を得ています。
彼女は Saatchi Art に「Artists To Watch」の一人として選出されました。IAA の会長は彼女を「写真業界の最大級の才能の一人」と評しています。フロリダ写真美術館のキュレーターは、彼女の「印象的なポートフォリオと写真技術の卓越性」を称賛しています。Adobe は彼女の作品を「驚くべき概念的イメージ」と表現し、ScanArt International は彼女を「シュルレアリスムと概念的ナラティブの巨匠」と呼んでいます。
