この大きなルビー（コランダム）結晶は、モーリタニア共和国、（ティリス・ゼムムール地域）から、ゾワレート市から約100kmの地点です。
私はモーリタニア砂漠での調査・偵察の過程でこのルビーを見つけました
見つけたままの状態でご提供します。熱処理や化学処理は一切施しておらず、石鹸水で洗浄しただけです。
すべての写真は日光の自然光の下で撮影しました。
いくつかには、私のスマートフォンの懐中電灯をルビーの上に置いて撮影しています
コランダム（ルビーとサファイア）に特有の蛍光反応を紫外線照射で強く見せるため、さらに小さな紫外線発光ランプでこのルビーを照らしました。
日中の光を使ってこの宝石をできるだけ正直に、正確に撮影しました。
画面設定や周囲の照明の違いにより、色・彩度・トーンに差が生じる場合があることにご留意ください。
ご提供するルビーは、写真のものと同じものです。
