ELENA PARASKEVA は Hasselblad Masters、World Masters of Photography、LensCulture、Aesthetica、Prix de la Photographie Paris などの卒業生であり、4つの国際的写真協会から YEAR OF THE PHOTOGRAPHER（2024/2023/2021/2018）に選出されています。
2021年より FLORIDA MUSEUM OF PHOTOGRAPHIC ARTS の審査員を務め、毎年複数の国際写真コンペティションの審査員を務めています。かつてはAdobe の講師およびアンバサダーを務めました。
彼女の作品はinstitutional buyers によっても所蔵されており、スウェーデン公的芸術部門（Västra Götaland Government）、米国ボストン病院（Children’s Cancer Wing 入り口に大型500cm の設置）、オーストラリア国立大学、Thalassa Museum などが含まれます。
ベルギー・ニューヨークをはじめとする各地のギャラリー・機関での展示実績があり、欧州議会（ブリュッセル）にも出品歴があります。ニューヨーク、パリ、東京、ロンドン、ドバイ、ウィーン、バルセロナ、ミュンヘン、クアラルンプール、フィレンツェ、フランクフルト、マラガ、リンツ、グラーツ、シエーナなどの主要ビエンナーレ・ギャラリーでも活動しています。

ELENA PARASKEVA は美術写真、概念的イメージ、現代の視覚ストーリーテリングにおいて国際的な評価を幅広く獲得しています。
彼女は Saatchi Art によって「注目のアーティスト」へ選出されました。IAA の会長は彼女を「写真業界の最大級の才能の一人」と評しています。フロリダ写真美術館のキュレーターは「印象的な作品集と写真の卓越した専門性を持つ」と述べています。Adobe は彼女の作品を「素晴らしい概念的イメージ」と評し、ScanArt International は彼女を「シュールレアリスムと概念的ストーリーテリングの巨匠」と賞賛しています。
