これは Lloyd H.H. Smith の1874年の地図「The World in Hemispheres」の芸術的解釈であり、このサイズに特有で珍しい彫刻技法を用いて適応させたものです。

世界に数えるほどしかない大型ガラスを彫刻できる機械を所持・マスターすることで、古代と現代という二つの世界を、一点の装飾品として卓越した形で融合させたいと考えました。

20部限定で、それぞれに番号が振られています。
贈り物として、原版の大判紙製復刻版を同梱します。

この復刻版はベネルクス地域（ベルギーとオランダ）で完全に手作業で製作されています。

This is an artistic interpretation of the 1874 map “The World in Hemispheres” by Lloyd H.H. Smith, adapted using a unique and rare engraving technique for this size.

Very few machines in the world are capable of engraving large-format glass. By owning and mastering one of them, I wanted to explore its full potential by bringing together two worlds: the old and the modern, combined into an exceptional decorative piece.

Limited to 20 editions, each piece is individually numbered.
As a complimentary gift, a large-format paper reproduction of the original map is included.

This reproduction is entirely handcrafted in the Benelux region (Belgium and the Netherlands).
