ELENA PARASKEVA は Hasselblad Masters、World Masters of Photography、LensCulture、Aesthetica、Prix de la Photographie Paris などの卒業生であり、4つの国際的な写真協会によってPHOTOGRAPHER OF THE YEAR（2024/2023/2021/2018）に選ばれました。
彼女は2021年からFLORIDA MUSEUM OF PHOTOGRAPHIC ARTSの審査員を務め、毎年複数の国際写真コンクールの審査員を務めています。かつてアドビの講師およびアンバサダーを務めました。
彼女の作品は、スウェーデン公共美術部門（Västra Götaland Government）、ボストン病院USA（子どもがんウィングのエントランスに大規模な500cmのインスタレーション）、オーストラリア国立大学、タラッサ美術館などの機関購買者に所蔵されています。
