ELENA PARASKEVA は Hasselblad Masters、World Masters of Photography、LensCulture、Aesthetica、Prix de la Photographie Paris などの卒業生であり、4つの国際写真学会によってPHOTOGRAPHER OF THE YEAR（2024/2023/2021/2018）に選出されています。
2021年からはFLORIDA MUSEUM OF PHOTOGRAPHIC ARTSの審査員を務め、毎年複数の国際写真コンペティションの審査員を務めています。過去にはAdobeの講師・アンバサダーを務めました。
彼女の作品は、スウェーデン公共美術部門（ Västra Götaland Government）、ボストン病院 USA（子どもがんウィングのエントランスにある500cmの大型インスタレーション）、オーストラリア国立大学、Thalassa Museum などの機関購買者に所蔵されています。
彼女はブリュッセルの欧州議会をはじめ、NYC・パリ・東京・ロンドン・ドバイ・ウィーン・バルセロナ・ミュンヘン・クアラルンプール・フィレンツェ・フランクフルト・マラガ・リンツ・グラーツ・シエナなどの主要ビエンナーレやギャラリーで展示を行ってきました。
