A large Pre-Columbian Chancay ceramic anthropomorphic vessel, an egg-shaped amphora with a head spout, a wide banded headdress with crested ornaments, ceremonial facial paints and holding a kero with both hands, cream slip ground with black highlights and incised net decoration; 48 cm tall, dated 800–1200 AD, in good condition with some surface wear on the crown, acquired in 2025 from a French auction house and accompanied by an authenticity certificate and a Spanish export license.
