Description from the seller
PRIMAVERA 2006 by the artist Enrique Ringa (1975). Acrylic on panel, 46x39 cm. Framed in a vintage frame. Includes certificate of authenticity.
E.R. 1975 has been awarded as the absolute winner in painting at the international BeneBiennale 2020 in Italy.
Enrique loves improvising and testing different contemporary styles on different materials, such as canvas, paper, wood, leather and suede.
In his own words:
"The dynamics of my creative process always start from total improvisation. For me, each work is not only an artistic evidence, it represents the journey of life from past experiences toward future projection. It is a journey beyond the conscious and the unconscious. I am inspired by primitive and Aboriginal art, origin of different cultures, as well as by modern and contemporary art. Every piece of my art has a very uneven style, made with a unique combination of different mediums, colors and figures."
