ボルネオ島産の伝統的な Dayak（ダヤク）族の吹き矢セット。以下の構成です：
- 約190 cmの吹き筒、金属製の槍先付き
- 元の木製矢筒には、くり抜かれた掛け掛けフックと装飾彫刻が施され、木製の蓋付き。高さ33.5 cm、直径5 cm
- 9本の元の吹き矢
このセットは1990年代初頭、ボルネオへの旅の途中で贈り物として入手され、それ以来個人保有となっています。
吹き筒と矢筒には、年齢と使用に見合う美しい自然のパティナと通常の使用痕が見られます。
吹き矢（sumpitan）は伝統的にボルネオの Dayak族によって、小動物の狩猟のために用いられてきました。金属製の槍先により、吹き矢を槍としても使用することができました。
部族美術のコレクターはもちろん、アジア民族誌の愛好者にとっても興味深い、完全で装飾的な民族学的セットです。
良好な使用状態で、通常の経年および使用痕跡を伴います。
