ムーブメントは機能しますが、竜頭が引っかかって回らず、外れてしまいます。時計本体に付いていますが、引くと外れます。
機構は作動します。バランス車が噛み合い、下段の秒針が動きますが、数分で止まります。動作させるには時計を少し揺らす必要があります。要求があれば動画の証拠をお見せします。
ただし、機構を動かす竜頭の整備が必要だと思います。
時刻を合わせるには、小さなボタンを押して竜頭を回すと機能します。

The movement is functional; it's the crown that's stuck, it won't turn and keeps coming loose. It stays on the watch but can be pulled off.

The mechanism works, the balance wheel engages, and the bottom second hand moves but stops after a few minutes. You have to shake the watch a little to get it working again; I have video evidence upon request.
But I think the crown that drives the mechanism needs servicing.

To change the time, you have to press the small button and turn the crown; that works.
