Offered here is a vintage set of two authentic Japanese kitchen knives, consisting of a traditional Nakiri vegetable knife and a Yanagiba sashimi knife.

Both knives are genuine Japanese-made tools that reflect the long tradition of Japanese blade craftsmanship.

A classic single-bevel slicing knife suitable for sashimi and traditional Japanese cuisine.

Condition

These are authentic vintage working knives and show normal signs of age and long-term use.
