Ancient Roman terracotta oil lamp with a standing figure, circa 1st century A.D., 9 cm, in good condition, acquired from a French auction house in 2026 with a Spanish export license and authenticity certificate.

A superb terracotta roman mold-made oil lamp. Deep concave discus with a standing figure, probably god Mercury ; single filling hole under right arm, Surrounded by a broad band of lines and grooves at edge.
