ELENA PARASKEVAは、ハッセルブラッド・マスターズ、World Masters of Photography、LensCulture、Aesthetica、Prix de la Photographie Paris、International Photography Awards（IPA）、Neutral Density Awardsなどから国際的な評価と主要な賞を受賞しています。彼女は四つの国際写真協会によって「PHOTOGRAPHER OF THE YEAR（2024／2023／2021／2018）」に選出されています。

彼女の作品はブリュッセルの欧州議会で展示され、 Smithsonian Magazine、The Guardian（英国・オーストラリア版）、The Times、Vogue.it、Aesthetica、LensCulture、PDN、Photography Masterclass などに掲載されています。ニューヨーク、パリ、東京、ロンドン、ドバイ、ウィーン、バルセロナ、ミュンヘン、クアラルンプール、フィレンツェ、フランクフルト、マラガ、リンツ、グラーツ、シエナなどの主要ビエンナーレやギャラリーでも展示されてきました。

彼女はSaatchi Artによって「注目のアーティスト」へ選出されました。IAAの会長は彼女を「写真業界最大級の才能のひとり」と評しています。フロリダ美術館フォトグラフィック・アーツのキュレーターは「印象的なポートフォリオと写真における卓越した専門知識」を述べ、Adobeは彼女の作品を「素晴らしい概念的イメージ」と表現、ScanArt Internationalは彼女を「シュールレアリズムと概念的ナラティブの達人」と呼んでいます。
