Russian Empire stamps, a nice unused set of 5–7 from 186-89 I. Child Welfare overprint issues of 1922, in as new condition; includes two gumless 30 kopeks with gum believed original but heavily hinged, and the other two 187 and 189 mint never hinged while the remaining two are very lightly hinged, plus Levant Post Office 10a 8-kopek provisional with an older signature on the back, a smudged heavy cancel, and a small thin spot in the top margin.
