銀製の記念硬貨で、Kremsmünster大修道院の1200周年を記念して発行され、中央にはロマネスク様式で華麗に装飾された聖杯が描かれ、装飾紋様と浮き彫りの聖像が細部まで表現されています。裏面は表面の額面額を周囲に配されたオーストリア各州の紋章によって円形に囲み、調和のとれたバランスのある構図を作り出しています。サンプルは光沢を抑えたマット仕上げで元の輝きを若干失っていますが、表面の加工痕や微小な接触線が認められるものの、浮彫は良く浮き上がり、流通なしの状態として全体的に魅力的な外観を保っています。
