“Semeuse”タイプの1フラン銀貨。風に蒔かれる共和国を寓意的に描くオスカー・ロティ作。モダニスト様式で、しわの処理と髪の動きに大きなダイナミズムを感じさせる。裏面はオリーブの枝の上に 1 FRANC の価値を配置し、国民のモットーに囲まれ、均整で優雅な構成となっている。本体は浮き彫りがよく明瞭で、オリジナルの輝きが、金色がかった青色の色調を帯びた美しい錆色の patina の下にまだ perceptible。裏面で特に顕著。地板には等級に伴う軽微な傷が見られるが、全体として調和のとれた魅力を保ち、MS61 の状態に相応しい。
