この護符は正面がやや凸で、二重瞼をはっきりと示す眼瞼、特徴的な涙の刻印、渦巻き状の要素など、細部がはっきりと描かれています。裏面は滑らかです。横孔が完全に開いており、ペンダントとして身につけたり、葬具装飾やミイラの包帯に組み込んで使用することができました。
滑石の蛇紋岩を磨き上げた素材で、加工は後期エジプト新王国期〜プトレマイオス朝時代に知られるタイプに相当します。当時は保護用および葬具用途のため、さまざまな素材と品質のウジャトの目の護符が作られていました。
