Il punto focale della creazione è uno straordinario e maestoso pendente a forma di Cuore Ex-Voto (Sacro Cuore fiammeggiante) finemente lavorato in argento. Al centro del pendente spicca un raffinato cammeo autentico inciso a mano su conchiglia sardonica, raffigurante un profilo femminile di classica eleganza.
