古代ローマの美しい瑪瑙細工の名品で、二つの組み合わさった手を描いたオーバル形のインタグlioです。エッジは短い斜辺で覆われた縁。larger obverse は「dextrarum iunctio（右手の結びつき）」というラテン語の語彙で、右手を結ぶ様子が丁寧に彫られています。この意匠はフェデ（イタリア語で「mani in fede」＝「信頼の手」）として知られ、愛の指輪にも用いられてきました。この象徴はまた、古代世界では人々や都市間の政治的・社会的な結びつきを表すこともあり、結婚と密接に結びついていました。組まれた手の上には柱の上の花瓶が描かれ、花盃（コルヌピア）が左右に配置されています。表面には微細な付着物が見られます。年齢相応の使用痕があり、エッジの小さな欠けや表面の擦り傷などが見受けられます。像は鮮明で影響を受けていません。
